Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026.

This policy describes how Super Durable, Inc. ("we") handles personal data when you visit superdurable.ai and when you use Dex AI Platform and Managed Dex Engine (the "Services"). The Terms of Service use the same defined terms.

1. The website

The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It stores one cookie, which remembers whether you chose a light or dark theme. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to operate and protect the site. If you book a demo, the booking page is provided by Google Calendar, and we receive the name, email address and notes you enter.

2. Data we collect in the Services

Account data

Your name, email address and sign-in credentials, your team spaces and roles, and records of sign-ins and important account actions.

Your Content

What you and your applications put into the Services: process descriptions, messages to the agent, application code, files, run data, Attributes and connection settings. Your Content may include personal data about other people, such as your customers. For that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor: we process it only to provide the Services to you.

Credentials for connected services

When your team connects a service such as Slack or Gmail, we store the access tokens the service issues. Only the platform holds them; your applications request them when they call the service, and we refresh them as needed. You can disconnect a service at any time, and we then delete its tokens.

Operational data

Logs, metrics and error reports from running the Services, which may include identifiers of your account, projects and runs.

3. How we use it

  • to provide, operate and secure the Services, including running your applications;
  • to generate code, answers and proposals with AI models when you use the agent;
  • to support you and communicate about your account and the Services;
  • to investigate abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf under contracts:

  • Amazon Web Services, for hosting, storage and compute;
  • GitHub, for the code repositories of your applications;
  • AI model providers, such as Anthropic and OpenAI, which receive the prompts and content needed to answer a request from the agent; if you bring your own provider key, your content goes to that provider under your agreement with it;
  • Google, for the demo booking calendar.

We also send data to third-party services that you connect, as your applications instruct. We may disclose data if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the data.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. We keep Your Content until you delete it or close your account, and then delete it within 30 days, except backups, which expire on their own schedule, and data we must keep by law. Operational logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

6. Security

Connections to the Services use TLS. Access to customer data is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the Services. Each application's code runs separately from other applications.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account data in the Services. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hi@superdurable.io. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. If your request concerns data that one of our customers controls, we will forward it to that customer.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. When we transfer personal data from other countries, we use the safeguards the law requires.

9. Children

The Services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post changes to this policy here and, for material changes, notify account owners by email before they take effect.
